Overview

Every overhaul starts with a complete strip-down and inspection, so you know exactly why the drive stopped before anything is replaced. Because we manufacture gears, shafts and housings ourselves, we don't wait for spare parts from abroad: worn parts are measured, remade in our factories and fitted back under one roof, with overhead cranes for the heaviest units.

  • Strip-down & inspection — the unit is opened, cleaned and every part measured, with a clear report of what failed and why.
  • Bearing seats restored — worn housings line-bored back to size on our horizontal boring mills.
  • Replacement gears & shafts — cut from the worn originals by reverse engineering, or rebuilt by welding and re-machining.
  • Bearings & seals — renewed, with the unit reassembled to its original clearances.
  • Test run & delivery — run-tested, painted, shafts protected and shipped back ready to install.

Tell us about the machine and how it failed, and our engineers will plan the overhaul with you.
